An evening that brings together wine, heritage and cuisine in a truly distinctive way: At The Steakhouse, we welcome Nk’Mip Cellars from Osoyoos, British Columbia (Canada), accompanied by none other than Justin Hall, Estate Winemaker and one of the world’s first Indigenous winemakers.
Nk’Mip Cellars is the first winery in North America owned by the Osoyoos Indian Band. Its wines reflect deep respect for the land, a strong sense of tradition, craftsmanship and a clear signature shaped by the unique landscape of the Okanagan Valley. Justin Hall will be personally present and guide guests through the evening in English, sharing insights into the winery’s philosophy, his work and the stories behind each wine. In addition, we are pleased to welcome Max Wohlwend of Canadian Wines Switzerland, who will further enrich the evening with his expertise in Canadian wines.

The culinary experience
Our kitchen team has created an exclusive five-course menu with traditional influences inspired by Justin Hall’s homeland. Each course is carefully paired with wines from Nk’Mip Cellars. The wine pairing is included and turns this dinner into a harmonious and memorable culinary journey to Canada.
The menu has been deliberately designed with a traditional approach. Each course is carefully matched to the wines, with its structure and aromas crafted to stand up to their character. For this reason, we are unable to offer a vegetarian alternative on this evening. Thank you for your understanding.
