Fish is far more than something you simply place on a grill – it is delicate, versatile and full of flavour. With the right heat, precise timing and a touch of finesse, it transforms over embers, smoke and flame into a true culinary experience. Whether directly over the fire, gently cooked on wood or steamed in aromatic vapour – fish demands technique and rewards you with remarkable lightness and depth.
During our grill course, you will first explore the fundamentals: which types of fish suit which methods, and how different cooking techniques bring out structure and flavour at their best. After a concise introduction, it’s straight into practice. Together with the other participants, you will prepare a selection of fish dishes and complementary sides – step by step, under professional guidance.
The highlight of the evening? A shared dinner experience. The dishes you have created are served on platters and enjoyed together in a relaxed, convivial setting. An evening of fire, craftsmanship and flavour – and guaranteed inspiration for your next grill gathering.

- Start at 6.00 pm in ‘The Steakhouse’, until approx. 10.30 p.m.
- The price of CHF 189 per person includes the workshop with theory and practice, apéritif, dinner and drinks
