Meat menu
- Confit char on a leek and tomato ragout with chive beurre blanc
- Beef fillet, grilled whole, with red wine and shallot jus, potato and celeriac purée, and glazed baby carrots
- Mulled-wine plums with tonka bean ice cream and almond crumble
Vegetarian menu
- A beetroot duet: red beetroot carpaccio and braised yellow beetroot with pine nuts, truffle oil and a herb salad
- Savoy cabbage roulade on barley risotto with red cabbage sauce and crispy cabbage crisps
- Mulled-wine plums with tonka bean ice cream and almond crumble
