A taste of our Nova Scotia cuisine, available from Tuesday to Saturday from 6.00 p.m. and Sunday from 3.00 p.m.:
- Northumberland crab cakes with dill remoulade
- Nova Scotia seafood chowder with double smoked bacon, sweetcorn, basil and brie
- Maple smoked salmon on potato pancake with dill and caper remoulade
- Seared Digby scallops with blueberry and bacon jam
- Cod cheeks à la Flynn with cranberry and rhubarb chutney
- Traditional whole lobster with warm butter
- Creamed lobster on toast
- Maple pecan butter tart with vanilla ice cream
- Blueberry Pie
